With more than 29 years of experience, Dave Rea has spent his entire career developing software for wine and spirits wholesalers and distributors across the country. The lead designer on all of Inventiv’s programs and apps, he first got his start as the Director of IT for Forman Bros. Inc. and Forman Dist. Co. of Va. in 1985. A lover of Bordeaux and Langhe, cigars, and fast cars, Dave has two sons with his wife Amy.

As Director of Operations, Amy oversees finance, accounting, human resources, and strategic planning. Prior to Inventiv, she worked at New York Magazine and Chase Manhattan Bank in New York City, before selling computers at Businessland and Zenith Data Systems in the Washington D.C. area. Amy enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.

Jim Harris has a long and outstanding career in the world of sales, starting in 1990 when he joined Hasbro Toy Company to manage national sales accounts. Ten years later he joined Global Beverage Intelligence as its vice president of sales. In August 2007, he joined Inventiv and now travels the country meeting current and future clients. Based in Nashville, Jim is married with two children.

After graduating from Lewis & Clark with a degree in physics, Harrison officially joined Inventiv in February 2014. An avid kayaker with a keen eye towards details and logistics, Harrison trains new users, manages implementations and support, and develops video tutorials for PocketAdvantage. Harrison is based in Athens, Georgia.
